• Use Preflight Ops — a web-based platform that analyzes project planning and discovery documents to identify delivery risks, scope gaps, and missing requirements before work begins

• AI processing: Our AI providers (currently Anthropic) do not use your inputs or outputs to train their models.

Personal information you disclose to us

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you register, contact us, or use the Services. This may include:

• Names, email addresses, usernames, and passwords
• Project and document data you upload (statements of work, proposals, project briefs, etc.)

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any documents you submit.

Payment Data. We use Stripe to process payments. We do not collect or store your card details — these go directly to Stripe. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Social Media Login. If you register via Google, we receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google.

Information automatically collected

We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, including IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, and usage data. We also collect information through cookies — see our Cookie Policy for details.

We process your information to:

• Facilitate account creation and authentication
• Deliver the Services you requested
• Send administrative information (product updates, policy changes)
• Fulfill and manage your subscription
• Maintain the security and operation of the Services

Our Services are powered by AI (currently Anthropic). Your uploaded documents and analysis inputs are processed by Anthropic solely to generate results for you. Our AI providers do not use your inputs or outputs to train their models. We will ensure equivalent protections before engaging any future AI providers.

You may register or log in using Google OAuth. We receive your name, email, and profile picture from Google and use that information only to create and manage your account. We recommend reviewing Google's privacy policy for information on how they handle your data.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures. However, no transmission over the internet is 100% secure. You should only access the Services in a secure environment.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us at help@preflightops.com.

We do not currently respond to Do-Not-Track signals, as no uniform standard has been finalized. We will update this Notice if that changes.
